Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Flux Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
