Our Return Policy

At Flux Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at erica.reynolds2@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at erica.reynolds2@icloud.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Sale items are final sale.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
